Why choose us?

For many years, we have been producing and selling preserves made from Japanese quince. The Japanese quince is an amazing plant - in the autumn, it bears exceptionally beautiful, aromatic yellow fruits.

Fruit properties

They contain vitamins B1, B2, PP, provitamin A, and several times more vitamin C than imported lemons.
They are distinguished by a very high pectin content – up to 10 g per 100 g of dried fruit – as well as fiber.
They contain potassium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, molybdenum, zinc, calcium, malic acid, succinic acid, quinic acid, antioxidants with vitamin C as the main component, and amygdalin in the seeds.
They have antiviral properties, as they stimulate interferon production.
They act against atherosclerosis (lowering bad cholesterol levels) and have anticancer properties (destroying free radicals due to high vitamin C and polyphenol content).
